Case Study

Nova Financial

A product and UX redesign for a SaaS platform that needed clarity as fast as it was growing.

2025

Timeline :

8 weeks

The Challenge

Atlas had depth. What it didn't have was a way in. New users hit a wall of menus, jargon, and decision fatigue. Activation was stalling, and churn was quietly rising — not because of the product, but because of how it felt to use.

The Solution

The product was rebuilt around progressive disclosure — show what matters now, reveal the rest when it's needed. Flows were cut in half, language was rewritten in plain terms, and the dashboard was redesigned to answer the user's next question before they asked it.

UX that sells itself.

Alongside the redesign, Atlas received a component library and UX patterns so every new feature ships with the same calm, readable logic.
